Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to the use and purchase of Affiliate Analytics and Affiliate Analytics Pro through AffiliateAnalytics.se.
About the service
Affiliate Analytics is a WordPress analytics plugin and related online service provided through AffiliateAnalytics.se.
Free and Pro
Affiliate Analytics may be offered in both Free and Pro editions. Pro features require a valid Pro license. Features, pricing, and plans are described on the website and at checkout.
Pro licenses
A Pro license permits activation on the number of websites allowed by the purchased plan. The license server enforces the applicable site limit.
A license activation is associated with a website while it is active. A customer may deactivate a license from one website and subsequently activate the same license on another website, subject to the plan’s site limit. The same license may not be used simultaneously on more websites than the purchased plan permits.
The 1 Site plan permits one active site, the 3 Sites plan permits up to three active sites, the 10 Sites plan permits up to ten active sites, and the Unlimited plan permits unlimited active sites, subject to the applicable license terms.
Commercial Pro licenses are valid for one year from the purchase date. Renewal pricing applies when a license is renewed.
License keys are personal to the purchasing customer and may not be resold, shared, or redistributed.
Payment and pricing
Prices are shown on the website and checkout page. Payments are processed through PayPal. An order is fulfilled after successful payment confirmation.
Digital delivery
After a successful purchase, the customer receives access to their account, license information, and the applicable Pro download. Documentation and account functionality may be provided through the customer account.
Refunds
Affiliate Analytics Pro is a digital product delivered electronically. Once the digital product has been supplied, purchases are generally non-refundable except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable consumer law.

Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
Updates and support
Support and updates for Pro are provided according to the current product offering and the customer’s applicable license period. We do not guarantee that every future WordPress version, third-party service, hosting environment, or configuration will remain compatible indefinitely.
Right of cancellation and digital content
Consumer customers may have statutory rights of withdrawal under applicable law. For digital content supplied immediately after purchase, any loss of a statutory withdrawal right will only be relied upon where the required express consent, acknowledgement, and other legal requirements have been satisfied.
Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
Acceptable use
You must not copy, redistribute, resell, pirate, or otherwise make Pro available to unauthorised users. You must not attempt to bypass, disable, or abuse the licensing system or use the service in a way that compromises its security or operation.
Intellectual property
Affiliate Analytics, its software, branding, documentation, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. A license grants a right to use the software according to the applicable plan; it does not transfer ownership of the software or its intellectual property.
Availability and changes
We may maintain, update, improve, or modify the website and software from time to time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that a particular feature will remain unchanged forever.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Affiliate Analytics is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Termination and expiry
A license may be terminated or restricted where the customer materially breaches these terms, including by unauthorised redistribution or attempts to circumvent license limits. When a paid license expires, access to Pro features or downloads may cease according to the applicable license model.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Swedish law to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer protections applicable in the customer’s country remain unaffected.
